ABOUT US
Armour Windshields are impervious to "Standard Interstate Rock Damage". Rocks and other debris expelled from tires that impact your windshield as you drive on our highways and roadways can be referred to as “Standard Interstate Rock Damage”. If you do not have an ARMOUR Windshield installed in your overland vehicle, the odds that your windshield will incur "Standard Interstate Rock Damage" at some point in your over-the-road travels is very high.

The ARMOUR Windshield Company offers two products to the overland vehicle marketplace of the Uniter States. Our Flagship product is the "ARMOUR Windshield". ARMOUR Windshields are designed to be the replacement windshield for your overland vehicle that is broken or damaged beyond repair.

A trained ARMOUR Windshield replacement technician will remove your broken or otherwise damaged windshield from your overland vehicle and then install our ARMOUR Windshield into you vehicle in its place.

Our second product is "ARMOUR Windshield Protection Film". This optically clear highly impact resistant film can be applied to the exterior of your vehicle's windshield glass. This film application is installed to protect your windshield from "Standard Interstate Rock Damage". The installation process is very similar to a standard automotive window tinting installation, however, the only automotive glass that is addressed is your vehicle windshield. We remove your windshield from your vehicle, then, return it to our production facility to be treated with the ARMOUR Windshield Protection films. The ARMOUR Windshield Protection Film process is the installation of a 24 mil film optical grade laminate. Because our film is a very thick film, the drying time is much longer. When installing any window film, the film is usually applied with soap, alcohol and water. The water that remains under the film after the installation must dry before the clearest view through the glass is possible. The ARMOUR Windshield Protection Film is 24 mils thick with a complete drying time of 3 to 5 days. Your vehicle will remain at the car dealer or automotive body shop until your ARMOUR treated windshield is re-installed into your vehicle. Once your ARMOUR film application drying process is complete, we re-install your windshield back into your vehicle and the ARMOUR Windshield Protection Film Installation Process is complete. We install the exact same OEM windshield that was removed from your vehicle, back into your vehicle, just like it came from the factory!
